Approval of the Work Objectives of the Municipal Assembly and the Board of Directors for the year 2020.

1. To improve the functioning in Popular Councils and circumscriptions outside Popular Councils.
2. To improve the functioning of the Permanent Work Commissions of the Municipal Assembly and ensure compliance with the work guidelines.
3. To improve the processes of Surrender of Account of the delegate to its electors.
4. Strengthen the mechanisms of attention to the approaches emanating from the offices of the electors with the delegates and accountability processes.
5. Supervise the improvement of public services and the quality of life.
6. Demand compliance with production plans that guarantee municipal self-supply and Social Consumption, as well as the contribution to the National Balance.
7. Supervise compliance with the Economy Plan, the correct execution of the Budget, Energy Carriers, Human Capital and the Territorial Contribution of 1%, guaranteeing with quality administrative controls.
8. Develop the program to improve Popular Power achieving its integrality and progress.
9. Improve the functioning of the Municipal Assembly of Popular Power.
10. Organize and carry out activities that foster delegates' links with the Assembly Directorate
11. Make systematic visits to the Popular Councils, paying differentiated attention to the bateyes and remote communities.
12. Achieve superior results in the application of the work system with the Tables and their Reserves.
13. To achieve greater effectiveness in the treatment of complaints and requests of the population, with emphasis on the agility that is required to offer the answers.
14. Organize and carry out activities that foster the ties of deputies and provincial delegates with voters.
15. Achieve a greater number of community projects
16. Provide follow-up to the Integral Development Program in the municipality.
17. Demand compliance with CAM's work objectives for 2019.
18. Coordinate and demand for the fulfillment of defense preparation tasks taking into account the perspectives of economic and social development.
